Local Improvement Scheme
The Local Improvement Scheme applies to works on roads which provide access to parcels of land of which two or more are owned or occupied by different persons engaged in separate agricultural activities or for the harvesting of turf/seaweed, and to roads leading to important community amenities.
This Scheme does not apply to roads in the charge of the Council.
