Development Contribution Scheme
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 48 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, that Mayo County Council has made a new Development Contributions Scheme 2023 for its adminstrative area.
The Development Contribution Scheme was formally adopted by the Elected Members of Mayo County Council at a Special Meeting on the 30th of June 2023 and will take immediate effect.
