Development Contribution Scheme 2023

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 48 of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, that Mayo County Council has made a new Development Contribution Scheme 2023 for its administrative area. The Development Contribution Scheme was formally adopted by the Elected Members of Mayo Council at its Special Meeting on the 30th of June of 2023 and will take immediate effect. The Development Contribution Scheme 2023 can be inspected at the following locations:
