About the workshop: Hiro will deliver a workshop on his varied music practice and career focusing on composing, arranging, film music, pop music, electronic music and stage music.  He will discuss specific methods he has used for arranging.

Hiroaki Yokoyama – Biography

Hiroaki Yokoyama studied commercial and film music at the composition department of the Tokyo College of Music. While at University, he toured with various artists and produced, composed and arranged music. He has made field recordings in various countries and specialises in using field-recorded material and fusing it with music pieces.  Hiroaki wrote the theme song for the Japanese animation Pokémon film.  Yuki is the singer of the song and Hiroaki participated in the composition of the song.
