Mayo Early Intervention Service (South Team Base)

The service uses a collaborative model in order to coordinate services and improve child and family outcomes. The team strive to respond to each child and family’s needs and preferences, collaborate on assessment, individual service planning and sharing skills, knowledge and resources.
