Mayo Primary Schools Road Safety Art Competition

As you are aware, road safety is a crucial part of everyday life for children. To craft an awareness to all children of the important aspects of road safety, Mayo Education Centre and Mayo County Council are inviting all primary schools to take part in our Road Safety Art Competition. The theme of our competition is:
“GETTING SAFELY TO SCHOOL”
There will be 24 winners chosen from the competition and each winning picture will feature in our 2022 Calendar. Winning artists will also receive prizes. Students entering the competition must be in 5th or 6th class.
The closing date for the competition is Friday, December 3rd ,2021. We would appreciate it if each school would forward all their entries together and address the envelope to:
