Town & Environ Plans
The Castlebar, Ballina and Westport Town & Environs Development Plans were adopted in 2008, 2009 & 2010 respectively and were due to expire in 2014, 2015 & 2016 respectively. When the Town Councils were abolished in 2014, the lifetime of these plans was automatically extended in accordance with the provisions of section 11A of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
THESE PLANS HAVE EXPIRED AND BEEN REPLACED BY LOCAL AREA PLANS.
