Rationale: Service plays a vital role in the customer experience and especially in an Irish context where it has proven to be one of our differentiating strengths. Customers spend more in response to excellent customer/table service and salesmanship. Therefore, Failte Ireland have developed this workshop for businesses serving food and beverages with an aim to enhance both the business and the customer experience through the provision of service and the creation of experiences, that are both memorable and represent value for money.
