Our wilderness guide, Ged Dowling, has researched and written a dissertation on “Walking for Wellbeing” and has developed a programme of walks for small groups in a variety of landscapes and natural settings.
Whether walking on beaches, forest trails or out in the wilderness, our guides will share their experience in using nature to bring tranquility.
