I‘ve travelled around a fair chunk of Ireland over the past 6 or 7 years.
Naturally enough, I’ve a handful of counties that I tend to swing back into time and time again, as they’ve either a close family or friend connection, or they’re just class and I feel like I’ve only scratched their surface.
Mayo is one of those counties.
Just when I fell like I’ve experienced everything there is to experience, BAM, something else comes along and I’m craving to get back.
