UNDER SECTION 81 OF THE HOUSING ACT, 1966, AS APPLIED BY SECTION 10 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (NO. 2) ACT, 1960 (AS SUBSTITUTED BY SECTION 86 OF THE HOUSING ACT, 1966)
N17 KNOCK CLAREMORRIS BYPASS
MAYO COUNTY COUNCIL, (hereinafter referred to as “the Local Authority”) in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 81 of the Housing Act, 1966, as applied by section 10 of the Local Government (No. 2) Act, 1960 (as substituted by section 86 of the Housing Act, 1966), have on 8th Day of November 2023 made a Vesting Order in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
The effect of this Order is to Vest the said land in the Local Authority in fee simple free from encumbrances and all estates, rights, titles and interests of whatsoever kind (other than any public right of way).
Schedule
ALL THAT AND THOSE part of the property in the Townland of Carrowmore, the Electoral Division of Knock North and the County of Mayo, comprising 0.5469 hectares or thereabouts metric measure, as more particularly delineated on the map, Drawing No. MCC/N17KKCS/73BVO-01, and thereon outlined in red, shaded grey and marked 73BVO-01.

between the hours of 9.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays (public holidays excluded) from Tuesday 14th November 2023 to Friday 15th December 2023 (inclusive of both dates).
