Defective Concrete Block Scheme To Be Launched

The new Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme to financially assist homeowners affected in Co. Mayo will be open for applications on Monday, June 29.

Under the grant scheme an owner can only apply for one dwelling and a dwelling can only be the subject of one grant. One Owner, One Dwelling – One Dwelling, One Grant.

In order to qualify for the grant scheme the dwelling must be in Co. Mayo, been constructed prior to January 31, 2020, constructed using defective concrete blocks and is damaged due to the use of defective concrete blocks.
