Mayo’s Virtual Men on the Move 2021

Building on the success of our last programme, we are very excited to launch our second Virtual Men on the Move programme.
With the current Covid-19 guidelines, we may not be able to continue to meet physically as a group, but that shouldn’t stop us getting up and getting out there.  Men on the Move may be a little different for the moment but the results and importance of this programme is greater than ever, as our last successful group can vouch for.

 It is important to keep that hour aside for yourself.  To get up and out, to get some fresh air and to #beactive.

Virtual Men on the Move will commence January 18th.  Check in with your area leader for exact start day and times.  To register contact your area leader, Tracy Cunnane in Mayo Sports Partnership or register through Eventbrite.

Your area leader will be in touch from there to get your started.  To keep you active - Aim for at least 30 mins of a walk each day, go by yourself, family member, bring the dog etc. staying within your 5km radius, and we will keep in contact with you all to see how you are getting on.  If you have any questions just ask your leader.
