Our community-based programmes cater to all interests, including:

  • Couch to 5K & Running Groups – Build fitness at your own pace.
  • Men on the Move – A great way for men to improve fitness in a social setting.
  • Outdoor Activities – Enjoy walks, Pétanque, and water sports.
  • Diversity & Inclusion – Swimming for all abilities, activities for women 40+, older people’s events, Activator Walking with Poles, and Wheelchair Basketball.

Whether you’re looking for upskilling courses such as Safeguarding, First Aid, or Disability Inclusion Training, or simply a fun way to stay active, we have something for you.
