No Name Club host National Youth Conference in GMIT Castlebar

The No Name Club are to host their National Youth Conference on 11th – 12th November in GMIT, Castlebar (for clubs in the West Regions) where there will be a combination of informative talks with team building activities, a social evening and a sleepover!.
Clubs from all over the country will be travelling to hear guest speakers ReachOut Ireland and Stop Cyber Bullying.
No Name Club allows young people to organise and enjoy events and activities without the pressures of alcohol and drugs, increasing awareness of their harmful effects and building self-confidence to help young people resist peer pressure and make informed choices as they mature and become young adults.
These conferences are being organised by the No Name Club National Events committee, with the support of the No Name Club Youth Council.
No Name Club’s National Conference 2017 seeks to build upon the health promotion work done in local clubs across the country, enjoy coming together to experience healthy group activities, have fun and learn to work together in a positive and healthy way.
